Main Duties:
- Client consultation and assistance in choosing a property that best meets their requirements
- Using different effective channels for contacting customers.
- Schedule meetings, make presentations, and site visits.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with customers on open leads and update their status daily.
- Prepare all documents required to close deals, signing documents.
- Prepares reports that show sales activities for the team on a daily basis
- Negotiate with customers concerning contract terms and methods of payment to reach achieve maximum revenue.
- Represent the company in local and international Real Estate Exhibitions and conferences.
Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of proven track record in successfully building.
- Ability to manage a pipeline of a large volume of deals and deal sizes.
- Knowledge in online marketing.
- Exceptional presence, and communication skills. Creative, nimble, flexible, and adaptable.
- Advanced technical writing and communication skills and fluency in the English language.
- Creativity and adaptability.
- Must own a Car
- Maintaining a professional appearance at all times and to conduct personal behavior.
