Job Description
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the project design department, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities, including but not limited to:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports
- Prepare and deliver design and construction document submittal
- Organize and maintain the internal document control system
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Provide general support to visitors
- Liaise with design administrative team to handle requests and queries
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration related field
- 2 years of experience Administrative Assistant
- Fluent in English both in written and spoken
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented team player with good performance under tight schedule
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook
- Knowledge in AutoCAD and Photoshop is a plus
- Presentable
