Job Description

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the project design department, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities, including but not limited to:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports
  • Prepare and deliver design and construction document submittal
  • Organize and maintain the internal document control system
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Liaise with design administrative team to handle requests and queries

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration related field
  • 2 years of experience Administrative Assistant
  • Fluent in English both in written and spoken
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented team player with good performance under tight schedule
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD and Photoshop is a plus
  • Presentable
