Job Description

Role Summary:

The Platform Operations Specialist position supports the BHGE Global Excellence team in defining and executing critical global initiatives to drive continuous progress toward building best-in-class business processes for BHGE

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with key business and functional stakeholders to proactively identify synergies and simplification opportunities to drive business performance, process efficiency, and team engagement
  • Drive execution and lead the change management of global BHGE special projects and initiatives for the Global Operations organization (i.e. sales process development & commercial operating mechanisms)
  • Partner with the BHGE systems teams to streamline the Global Ops reporting processes to drive data quality, process simplification, and enhanced analytics
  • Lead the maintenance and implementation of any BHGE level components of the Commercial process framework in Salesforce.com
  • Support the design and deployment of Platform trainings for Commercial teams
  • Project Manage key enhancements and deployments of strategic platforms for Global Excellence.
  • Multi-faceted role with responsibilities that will evolve to align to current business objectives

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
  • Strong business acumen with a minimum 7 years of related work experience including 2 years of experience in Project Management / Digital Transformation
  • Capable of influencing global teams to effectively drive execution on large scale projects
  • Ability dive deep into business process problems and propose process and system related solutions
  • Experience with CRM (i.e Salesforce.com) tools and data visualization software (i.e. Seismic, Tableau)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business vision into tactical execution

  • PC proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Access)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management
