- Efficiently coordinate all the administrative tasks related to the company.
- Managing proper filing of data and prepare correspondence and draft contracts between the company and clients.
- Manage photos of properties and listing in company portals and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.) and respond efficiently to the inquiries from the customers, and clients.
- Processing all received and sent documents and files as necessary which may include word processing, typing, editing or formatting with a very detailed approach.
- Coordinating and arranging meetings and events
- Schedule appointments/ agendas/travel arrangements and support other staff admin work and handling the company external logistics activities.
- Manage data bases, data entry on a regular basis with an attention to detail and accuracy
- Validating, Publishing and Updating Controlled Documents on the electronic system.
