Job Description

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Maintain Employee Vacation Record Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave).
  • Preparing social insurance and auditing forms to ensure that all employees have joined.
  • Enroll Employees in Medical Insurance & flow up Claims.
  • Scheduling job interviews.
  • Updating Data & Enrolling Employees “Record” to ERP System.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in (Administration - Commerce) or any relevant discipline.
  • Very good command of written & spoken English language.
  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Female only.
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills & Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
