Job Description
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Maintain Employee Vacation Record Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave).
- Preparing social insurance and auditing forms to ensure that all employees have joined.
- Enroll Employees in Medical Insurance & flow up Claims.
- Scheduling job interviews.
- Updating Data & Enrolling Employees “Record” to ERP System.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in (Administration - Commerce) or any relevant discipline.
- Very good command of written & spoken English language.
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Female only.
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills & Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
