Job Description
- Contributes to the development of the company’s long and short term strategy, defining the market trends, business growth opportunities so as to maximize profitability and safeguard the company’s continuity.
- Formulates corporate marketing policies and strategies in alignment with the overall company strategy, ensuring the coordinated and consistent execution of these strategies in all markets.
- Leads the analysis of the market trends and identification of business growth opportunities and initiates new business development in line with the overall strategy.
- Provides direction to the Operation Heads for the development of new products and products’ packages, so as to ensure that the new products meet client and market needs.
Job Requirements
- FMCG Experience is a Must
- Previous working experience as a Marketing Manager for 3 years
- A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
