Job Description

  • Review end users inquiries and technical support requests, as well as advising, recommending and providing professional solutions related to software or hardware systems over the phone, email or in person accordingly.
  • Modify and install basic computer software and hardware on employees’ computers, as well as providing required training and technical assistance.
  • Forward complex issues and those require special involvement to the concerned parties in order to ensure adequate and timely resolution.
  • Conduct periodic checkups for anti-virus software installed on all computers, in order to ensure that they are updated and functioning properly.
  • Conduct periodic preventive and corrective maintenance to computers, printers, scanners etc. as per as the set schedules policies and procedures.
  • Maintain database of all incidents for reference purposes, as well as reporting any major incidents in order to take the suitable action.
  • Handle all special assignments within the scope of the department if required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in same Field
  • Software , Network , Database
  • Very good command of English language skills.
