Job Description

  • Serve as the interface between the company (stakeholders) and customers.
  • Responsible for all related after sales process till order invoice is issued.
  • Responsible for ensuring that customers’ orders are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Support sales effort, respond to customer’s orders related inquiries and problems via phone and/or email.
  • Process orders, track, coordinate with other departments/stakeholders and may expedite delivery.
  • Called upon to help other departments improve their operations to better serve the customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership skills and experience
  • Multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer Oriented and Self-Motivated
  • 2-3 years’ experience in the CS field
  • Excellent English language (written & Spoken)
  • Excellent knowledge of Computer (MS Office)
  • Team Player and fast learner
  • Time Management
