Job Description
- Serve as the interface between the company (stakeholders) and customers.
- Responsible for all related after sales process till order invoice is issued.
- Responsible for ensuring that customers’ orders are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Support sales effort, respond to customer’s orders related inquiries and problems via phone and/or email.
- Process orders, track, coordinate with other departments/stakeholders and may expedite delivery.
- Called upon to help other departments improve their operations to better serve the customers.
Job Requirements

- 2-3 years’ experience in the CS field
