About the Job
We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Call Center Representatives.
Call Center Agent Job Duties:
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying
- Adhere to quality standards and KPI’s.
- Supports patients through their treatment journey
- Develops and updates content in keeping with client requests and need
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Determine the reason for call and provide service accordingly or transfer the call to the appropriate personnel.
- Explain the benefits and advantages of our service to clients and ensure they are fully aware of the process and requirements.
Job Requirements
- Graduates only.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role in a call center environment.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different situations.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Flexible to work 12hr rotational morning & Overnight shifts (4 Days/Week with 3 days off)
