Job Details:
- Manage the implementation of multi-year wellbeing programs for Site
- Programs include ( Domestic & international offers, including worksite wellbeing, digital programming, wellbeing challenges, etc.
- Lead the implementation of new account specific wellbeing implementation plans, including coordination of a communication plan.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure implementation according to agreed-upon program design as communicated by Manager, Health Education, Health Education specialists or through direct discussion with clients/brokers.
- Configure and launch digital program based on final program design.
- Manage reporting schedules and delivery of reports based on account implementation plans
- Perform out-of-the-box thinking, collaborate with others, and make a difference every day!
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
