About the Job
- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.
- Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives.
- Administrative duties and record-keeping.
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Adding and recommending new and different recruiting channels
- Working Hours/Days: 9 hours per day / 5 Days a week .
- Days OFF: Thursday & Friday.
