Job Description
- Perform market scanning to identify potential clients and build database of Doctors, Hospitals and medical centers in his/her area classified by specialization and ranking.
- Perform daily phone calls and visits to Doctors, Hospitals and medical centers accordance with sales supervisor plan.
- Perform sales promotion visits to Doctors, Hospitals and medical centers in his/her area to introduce medical service
- Answer questions about services features and benefits for TechnoScan
- Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Develop prospect customer lists.
- Collect the necessary information about the competitors.
- Monitor daily and weekly Cash sales progress (value and volume) against agreed targets to trace and close variances to achieve targets.
- Check the proportion of doctors transfers and enhance growth rate of each client.
- Perform weekly visits to existing clients to follow up their needs and troubleshoot problems if exists to retain clients and Maintain good relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare cash Sales Reports of no. of new clients, sales volume, sales value, no. of cases , status of existing clients
- Distribute giveaways to clients.
- Communicate daily and weekly achieved work visits and its outcomes to Area Team leader.
- Coordinate with Reception and Branch’s Managers to troubleshoot problem and smooth the work flow to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow the Quality, Safety and Environmental policies and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum from 3 to 4 years of experience.
