Main Job Duties:
- Managing the household’s schedules and calendars
- Event planning, organizing, and coordination
- Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs
- Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the project
- Handling household bills and administrative duties
- Running errands and performing necessary tasks
- Supervision and managing household staff
- Shopping for food, supplies, and other requested items
- Dealing in an efficient and prompt manner with all requests that emanate from the Beneficial Owner
- Complying with all regulatory obligations and fiduciary duties.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English and Russian Language
- Have at least 2 Years of experience in the same or related role.
- Living in Sharm Alsheikh or willing to relocate.
- Organized, Presentable, Able to hand multi-tasks.
