Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Managing the household’s schedules and calendars
  • Event planning, organizing, and coordination
  • Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs
  • Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the project
  • Handling household bills and administrative duties
  • Running errands and performing necessary tasks
  • Supervision and managing household staff
  • Shopping for food, supplies, and other requested items
  • Dealing in an efficient and prompt manner with all requests that emanate from the Beneficial Owner
  • Complying with all regulatory obligations and fiduciary duties.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Russian Language
  • Have at least 2 Years of experience in the same or related role.
  • Living in Sharm Alsheikh or willing to relocate.
  • Organized, Presentable, Able to hand multi-tasks.
