Job Description
- Utilize sales activities and field visits to sell company products to customers.
- Deliver company products knowledge and information to customers and differentiate our products from competitors.
- Provides solution and partnership with big customers and give advice and consultations.
- Support and coordinate with the sales team to facilitate their work.
- Develop long term ethical customers relationship that positively impacts company business.
- Provides continuous market feedback to the company about customers need and competitor activities and prices.
- Develop marketing plans for products and apply a good product mix.
- Responsible for products materials and product message delivery through field force.
- Train field force about product knowledge and competitors.
Job Requirements
- The veterinary doctor is a must
- Master degree in livestock-related fields is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience as technical manager in a well-known firm.
- Sales and/or marketing experience is preferable.
- Digital marketing experience is a plus.
- Key account management experience is a plus.
- High level of presentation and communication skills.
- Highly energetic, self-motivated and able to work with a high level of commitment.
- Able to work cooperatively and supportively with different teams.
- Accountable for a high sense of urgency and loyalty.
- Creative thinker and able to solve challenges in a smart way.
- Able to build strong business relationship with key customers.
- Fluent command of English in both writing and speaking.
