Job Description
- Process tickets added by the customer through the ticketing system
- Categorize the tickets based on its priority, root cause & its resolution
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers through the system’s documentation
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process if needed
- Direct some issues to the next level of the technical team in case it needs specific implementation
- Follow-up and update the tickets’ status and ensure that the issues are closed from the customer’s side
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
- Build a knowledge base for repetitive issues & how to resolve them
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent English
- Excellent Communication Skills
