- Support the Community Manager to successfully implement community management plan and strategy.
- Participate in strategies that engage communities.
- Handle the customers' complaints to determine the cause of the problem and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Ensuring effective and efficient communication with the necessary information to the homeowners and residents.
- Submitting reports concerned with the different living zones of the community.
- Job scope is "Central", meaning that coordination will be addressing all Emaar Misr projects.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
- Good in typing both Arabic and English
- Adequate level of reporting and analysis skills
