Job Description
- Set a yearly BTL calendar in alignment with new marketing launches calendar across the assigned categories & brands.
- Manage the yearly BTL budget’s phasing and allocation.
- Overlook the production of POSM and ensure on time delivery and dispatch to the country in time for the launch.
- Monitor the of POSM implementation in the market in line with the launch and communication guidelines.
- Assess ROI on our trade spend through analysis.
- Consolidate merchandising needs from all markets and define their universe.
- Ensure the implementation of merchandising & POS materials to answer the local marketing plans needs.
- Monitor & Report Listing & Distribution file to ensure distribution of new launches and pillar products.
Job Requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Min 5 years of experience in FMCG
- Bachelor/ Master degree
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Understands & Integrates Market & Category ‘specificities of Makeup.
- Understands customer path & shopper experience’s rules.
- Delivers operational implementation with excellence.
- Adapts the retail concept according to the distribution channel or customer profile.
- Cooperates with 360° internal & external stakeholders to guarantee consistent retail experience.
- Act as business Driver.
- Guaranties the ROI of POS in line with business objectives.
- Monitors POS performance and drives it according to local strategy.
