Job Description
- Apply and develop specific marketing tactics that build on consumer and customer insight to deliver overall brands objectives.
- Develop leadership skills through management of multi-function teams in the execution of brand strategies.
- Develop executive annual brand strategies and marketing plan.
- Lead cross-functional teams in execution and accomplishment of brand objectives.
- Provide business analysis/insight into the development of brand strategies in support of the brand franchise.
- Product planning, pricing, and positioning, in addition to interfacing with all organizations within the business to deliver efficient growth and profitability.
- Work with company development deliver a winning product strategy and plan with business development around strategic partnership and technology alliances.
- Planning and developing a cost-effective customer support model that results in a highly satisfied customer.
- Working with sales in developing strategy, tools, and special offers. Working with finance and legal departments.
- Collaborate with sales/production/ channel managers to drive marketing program
- Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, ensure adherence and evaluate performance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience preferred in FMCG marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing OR any related field is desirable.
- Flexibility, Excellent communication skills, presentable, persuasive skills.
