Job Description (JD):
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Office employee to support internal coordination and project documentation, while leveraging her sales experience to enhance communication with clients and internal teams.
Job Responsibilities (JR):
- Prepare and organize technical documents, reports, and proposals
- Support project teams with documentation, data entry, and technical coordination
- Assist in following up on project timelines, updates, and deadlines
- Use previous sales experience to effectively communicate with clients and understand their technical needs
- Coordinate between the sales, engineering, and project teams
- Maintain accurate records of technical and commercial correspondence
- Contribute to improving internal processes and workflow efficiency
- Prepare and revise quotations, offers, and contracts as needed
- Provide administrative support to the office as required
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–3 years (previous sales experience is mandatory).
- Gender: Female.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Location: Must be a resident of Giza.
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
