Job Description
- Calculate the quantities of all items included in the table of quantities B.O.Q to ensure their conformity with the project’s approved plans, before, during, and after the project implementation.
- Review the X-SEC and profiles regarding the calculation of cutting and filling quantities as well as the cadastral spots to identify the Natural Ground Level NGL and validate them.
- Compare the planned quantities with the quantities shown in the table of quantities and identify any difference or change in the expected quantities to early correct any deficit or increase in the quantities allocated to the project.
- Take the necessary corrective actions in the event of an increase or deficit in the project quantities to comply with the project’s planned budget before, during, and after the project implementation.
- Review contractors' payment invoices to ensure that invoices match the actual amounts used.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- +3-7 years of experience in relevant field.
- Architectural background is preferred.
- Very good user of Auto Cad.
- Proficient with MS Office programs.
- Very good English language skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team building.
