Manage and maintain the business process systems.
Ensure that the process standards, procedures and specifications are in place for the assets.
Identify and manage resources for operations of process systems.
Develop process maintenance system based on risk and reliability management principle.
Develop process engineering initiatives to manage project implementation.
Manage process engineering team to ensure that process expertise personnel have right talent and skills.
Work with teams to ensure optimum levels of operability and maintainability.

Optimize process systems for operational efficiency and cost savings.
Plan organizational and technical strategies impacting budget, staffing, goals, and culture.

Manufacturing experience;
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical materials;
Proficient skill level in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Project;
Program Management certifications will be given strong consideration;
Ability to maintain accurate records relating to jobs as they are planned performed and completed. Skill to use electronic means for recording data;
Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction;
Experienced in validation, equipment and system maintenance;
Supports Lean Projects as needed;
Reports product development/experimental findings to the appropriate management for evaluation;
Assess plant capabilities related o new product development;
Assists engineering with new product development goals;
Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration between cross functional groups;
Engineering Degree with process engineering experience in the pharmaceutical and / or biopharmaceutical industry.
