Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Publishing: Plan, develop, and share high-quality content daily across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to foster meaningful engagement with our audience.
• Video Production: Capture, edit, and produce compelling short-form video content, with a strong emphasis on creating viral TikTok and Reels material.
• Brand Alignment: Collaborate closely with designers to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, remains visually appealing, and effectively communicates key messages.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with industry professionals, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Campaign Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
• Trend Monitoring: Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices, and proactively suggest new content ideas and strategies.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track social media metrics and campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to guide future strategy.
