Job Description
- Responsible for the operation of the transportation department.
- Setting up bus routes.
- Following up on the Bus Maintenance process.
- Handles related complaints and inquiries.
- Ensures that all Buses arrives/leaves the organization according to plan.
- Ensures safety measures.
- Monitor Transport cost.
- Develop and communicate transportation policies and procedures.
- Monitor operations to ensure that staff complies with administrative policies, procedures, and safety rules.
- Develop performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of transportation operations.
Job Requirements
- Good written & spoken English.
- Previous experience working as a Transportation/Fleet Manager is a must.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent knowledge using google maps & GPS tracking.
- Excellent Leadership Skills.
