Job Description
- We are looking for a Deputy Transport Manager to join our team and help us manage our transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bus operations and be able to plan and execute efficient and safe bus services. They will also manage a bus driver team and ensure that all customer service standards are met.
- Oversee the development and implementation of a customer satisfaction program. This includes tracking customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and implement a service quality improvement program. This includes setting service standards, measuring performance against those standards, and taking corrective actions to improve performance.
- Work with the customer service department to resolve customer complaints and ensure that customers are satisfied with the resolution.
- Set and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) with customers. SLAs are agreements between the company and the customer that define the level of service that will be provided.
- Train transportation staff on customer service and service quality standards.
- Conduct regular surveys of customers to assess their satisfaction with the transportation services.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service quality
- Plan and supervise the transportation operation of services
- Schedule and track bus routes
- Coordinate with bus drivers and other transportation professionals

Job Requirements
- · Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, or a related field
