- Wear Proper Work Outfilt/Uniform
- Confirm Attendance By Using The FingerPrint Machine & Confirm Couriers Attendance
- Make Sure All His Couriers Started Their Trip Physically & On The APP
- Upadate the attendance G.sheet
- Couriers Report Delay & Failed Orders On WhatsAPP Group & Make Sure They Call Quality Team
- Add All The Partial Delivery, Delayed & Failed Reasons On Shared Google Sheet
- Dealing With Retailers, Team & Cross Functional Departments In A Very Pofessional Manner
- Make sure that all GCs are aligned in process of the LM projects and make sure they are 100% following the process
- Flags any issue that he faces with LM projects to the backoffice and SV on the spot
- Takes hard & serious actions with any GC who violates the process of any LM project
- Make Sure That Couriers Deposit In Masary
- Support The Group Of Any Absent Leader
- Tag & Follow-up On All Cases Reported By Finance as Deficits On Couriers Whether It Is SKU Or Cash
- Share Any Blocker That Occur With Courier On Ground With Cross Function Departments
- Dispatch Plan For Couriers
- Share Non Dispatched Orders Feedback With Quality
