Front End Developer

Commitment: ~12 hours/week (long-term)

As a frontend developer (or full stack developer with frontend focus), you'll turn ideas into impact, building responsive, accessible interfaces that reflect our mission of sustainability through technology.

What you’ll do

• Implement user-facing components using React and TypeScript
• Build key workflows across mapping, auctions, payments, and community interaction
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and WebSockets
• Lead the migration of authentication flows from Keycloak to Auth0
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API design and user logic
• Optimize performance, responsiveness, and browser compatibility
• Contribute to a design system that supports scalability and brand consistency
