Job Description
- Oversee students during school bus rides to ensure safety.
- Verify student attendance before departure and arrival.
- Address any behavioral issues and report incidents to school administration.
- Monitor students during classroom activities, breaks, and transitions.
- Assist teachers in maintaining discipline and order.
- Ensure students follow school rules and behave respectfully.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if needed.
- Report concerns regarding student behavior or safety hazards.
- Communicate with parents, teachers, and drivers as necessary.
Working Conditions:
- School hours (may include early mornings and afternoons for bus supervision).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in education or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching assistance, or supervision.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Patience, alertness, and a caring attitude toward children.
- Ability to enforce rules firmly and fairly.
- Basic first aid certification (preferred).
