Job Description

Job Purpose

Participate in setting the strategic objectives of the administration and the executive plan for the production of all kind (seasonal - daily) and follow up on the implementation of the plan to ensure adherence to the time specified for the production plan and the specified quality according to the available production capacity

  • Participate in setting the strategic objectives of the administration to ensure the quality of implementation
  • Participation in the development of process mapping in order to improve the production process and reduce waste, whether time or materials
  • Adoption of daily production follow-up models in order to control implementation
  • Participate in the preparation of periodic maintenance plans for machines inside the factory to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of operation
  •  Representing the production department and presenting the results in the meetings of the board of directors and with the various departments in order to improve the production process
  • Adopting corrections and corrective actions, whether internal or external, in order to increase production and reduce waste
  • Monitor and review the implementation of daily and seasonal production plans to ensure the quality of implementation
  • Participate in setting the production budget in order to control costs and reduce costs
  • Follow up on the withdrawal of raw materials, daily consumption rates and production quantities in order to identify and the causes of deviation
  • Analyzing the reasons for deviation from the production plan and determining how to increase production capacity in order to "achieve the demands of seasonal plans and the demands of sales outlets."
  • Supervising compliance with the approved models in the quality system in order to tighten control over the quality of products and increase customer satisfaction to ensure obtaining certificates of conformity with the international specifications of the quality management system
  • . Contribute to the development of Al-Abd products to keep pace with the development in the local market
  • Participation in the shift from manual production to mechanized production and expansion, whether horizontal or vertical, in order to increase production capacity without affecting the quality of the product
  • Supervising the data registration process and ensuring the quality of the registration in order to control the entry of raw materials and the exit of products
  • Participate in the development of training plans for the work team in order to improve performance
  • Performs other tasks assigned to him related to his work in order to achieve the objectives
