Job Description

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 

  • Develop and Review Sales policies and process , cascade them down to the sales managers,  ensuring their full awareness and alignment with the company policies and proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales processes and find ways to eliminate them.
  • Develop criteria for inventory management process, sales availability and coding including managing and updating information of products in all records.
  • Develop criteria of customers’ documentation completion to ensure compliance with internal regulations and set payment terms including verification. and modification of any term.
  • Develop and report the sales performance DASH_BOARD reporting daily, weekly and monthly sales results to the CEO and the Finance Director 
  • Develop and report sales analysis to better serve the company future projects, launches and sales team performance.
  • Manage the commission distribution for direct  and in-direct channels including the declined contracts.
  • Ensure accurate, centralized and automated database for the company both manually and digital.
  • Monitor and assess  the performance results of the sales team versus the agreed targets and KPIs, report the findings  to the sales director and CCO to improve the productivity.
  • Monitor and assess the selling  criteria for units and best sales practices in terms of customer delighting, speed deal closing and cost of sales in order to achieve the highest level of profitability.
  • Liaise with finance budgetary and controlling unit the monthly sales budget, cost of sales including commission and events to ensure effective and efficient sales process.
  • Liaise with marketing department to ensure marketing campaigns that maximize sales achievements. In addition to maintain good knowledge of competitors sales practices for better sales performance.
  • Liaise with legal department to create different sales forms/sheets and review all contracts, checks and receipts based on company strategy and with finance department to check the collection of reservation and down payment.
  • Liaise with HR department to monitor and report workforce planning, performance appraisal cycle and sales training needs.

 

Main KPIs:

  • Cost of sales optimization (-x% versus budget).
  • Sales DASH-BOARD regular updates and reporting (monthly basis).
  • Sales force optimization (right target distribution among sales managers)
  • Quality of Sales (speed in closing and customer delight / NPS)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in related discipline, Masters degree is a plus
  • 10 years+ experience in sales operations role in a real estate developer including at least the latest 5 years in managerial level
  • Comprehensive experience in reporting using dash-board , ERP / CRM , Power BI and MS Excel
  • Superior Organization Skills with Impeccable eye for figures & details.
  • Familiarity with “Maisonette” will be a competitive advantage
  • Proven Leadership Acumen & track record of people development
  • Sharp Analytical Skills & Meticulous detail orientation for consistent accuracy.
