Job Description

  • Own the retention, revenue, and referral stages for the customer journey; with a focus on increasing loyalty and retaining business with customers.
  • Design and innovate on processes for improving customer retention, decreasing user churn rate, and reactivating dormant customers.
  • Build, oversee, and manage a Breadfast loyalty program/Breadfaster loyalty program.
  • Conduct research and analysis with the product team to understand what issues customers are facing, how our products or services can be improved, what our competitors are doing, and how to retain customer business. 
  • Works closely with the Breadfast brand marketing, design team, and CX team to analyze customer feedback, improve customer experience, and implement aggressive retention strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Professional command of the written and spoken English language
  • Exceptional Communication and Problem-Solving skills
  • 3+ years of solid experience in Customer Service/Retention
  • Strong Negotiation skills
