Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Head Of Administration to lead and oversee all administrative operations across our real state development business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, efficient resource management, and alignment between departments to support the successful execution of projects. This role requires strong leadership, attention to details, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. 

Job Requirements

  • Lead and manage the administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Coordinate with project team, finance, legal, HR to ensure proper documentation and work flow.
  • Manage contracts, office leases, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Prepare and manage the administrative budget, including cost control and resource planning. 
  • Handle internal communication and support executive leadership in scheduling reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws and regulations.
  • Organize and support internal company events, and trainings.
