Job Description

  • The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the highest-ranking executive in the organization, responsible for leading the development and execution of long-term strategies with the goal of increasing shareholder value and achieving sustainable business growth. The CEO acts as the main point of communication between the board of directors and the company’s operations, while also being the public face of the company.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and overall strategic direction.
  • Lead long-term planning and assess risks and opportunities in alignment with the organization's goals.
  • Operational Oversight:
  • Oversee daily operations of the organization and the work of executives (CFO, COO, CTO, etc.).
  • Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated and followed.
  • Financial Management:
  • Oversee the organization’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
  • Ensure that the company maintains a strong financial position and achieves financial targets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company.
  • Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for shareholders and investors.
  • Board Governance:
  • Report to the board of directors and keep them informed of organizational performance and strategic direction.
  • Ensure the board has accurate and timely information for decision-making.
  • Culture & Talent:
  • Foster a strong corporate culture that reflects company values.
  • Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing executive team.
  • Innovation & Growth:
  • Identify and implement opportunities for innovation, expansion, or diversification.
  • Lead mergers, acquisitions, and other growth-related initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CEO or in another senior managerial position.
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, sales, operations, HR, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
