Job Description
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and choice of property
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients
- Provide clients with more offerings and solutions that meet their requirements
- Able to facilitate negotiations between buyers and developers and close deals
- Maintain and update listings of available properties / Projects
- Develop strong network with developers, clients and stakeholders
- Assist the team with insights and relevant market trends and directions
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Real Estate
- Strong mind agility and analytical thinking skills
- Proven Experience in any of these areas (New Capital, Zayed, October, New Cairo, Galala)
- Strong knowledge in the market trends and prices
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proven sales record in commercial units is a big plus
- Can work independently with the client across different areas
- Able to attract new prospect leads
