Job Description

  • Monitor and track supplier invoices and payments.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  • stablish and maintain strong relationships with sub franchise partners.
  • Regularly communicate with sub-franchises to ensure timely payment to suppliers.
  • Identify reasons for payment delays by liaising with sub franchise partners.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to resolve any outstanding payment issues.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and take the initiative to investigate and resolve issues appropriately and promptly.
  • Advanced MS Office user.
  • Very good command of English.
