- Monitor and track supplier invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- stablish and maintain strong relationships with sub franchise partners.
- Regularly communicate with sub-franchises to ensure timely payment to suppliers.
- Identify reasons for payment delays by liaising with sub franchise partners.
- Conduct thorough investigations to resolve any outstanding payment issues.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and take the initiative to investigate and resolve issues appropriately and promptly.
- Advanced MS Office user.
- Very good command of English.
