Description:
- Create a weekly report containing all data gathered for each customer.
- Follow up with the customers to finalize the installments.
- Coordinate with the Automotive Sales Team to ensure paperwork is completed.
- Follow up with the Finance and Treasury team to receive the payment request to transfer the money either cheques or bank transfers.
- Following up with all direct and indirect reports in order to ensure efficiency at the operation levels as well as performing vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation regarding the induction of new vehicles in the existing fleet.
- Meet the walk-in customers in the Head-Q to receive their requests, complete their paperwork, or receive their cheques.
Job Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in the general administration function and Automotive field.
- Must have a car.
