Job Description
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop, manage and run the execution of the talent acquisition strategy that matches the growth of Inca& Co
- Perform one to one, Head hunting or group interviews to select candidates fit for vacancies
- Develop and execute Inca& Co induction and on boarding plan
- Develop and execute Inca& Co employee re-branding strategy
Organizational Development:
- Build a positive organizational culture and manage the consistency of the organizational values across different HR functions and overall departments
- Organize regular team meetings and gatherings
- Build the Performance Management Systems including, competency frameworks, KPIS, 360 evaluations and assisting tools
- Train, advise and coach department managers on performance mechanisms
- Constantly document and review organizational chart, Job descriptions and departmental workflows
- Assess workload and advise on needed workforce or organizational chart and hierarchy changes
- Manage organizational and structural changes according to organizational growth needs
- Develop succession plans for critical roles
- Develop and Manage KPIS for overall HR department and Employees performance
Compensation& benefits:
- Analyze, evaluate and advise on the current Pay Grading system, Bonus and incentives schemes for Inca &Co
- Run, monitor and document monetary and non-monetary employee benefits, while ensuring consistency across different store locations and compliance with Egyptian law
- Consistently supporting current and future business needs through the development of an engagement, motivational and growth plan for the human capital
- Perform training needs assessment, while applying or recommending training plans and monitor& evaluate the implementation of the training programs for employees and managers
- Manage the operations of Social Insurance benefit with the Social Insurance bureau
Employee relations and Internal communication:
- Develop a comprehensive employee handbook
- Keep good record of all employees’ files through a secure filing and documentation system
- Keep record of all employee’s data including, attendance, vacation, etc.
- Inform other departments with hires and needs of newly hired employees; bank accounts and email creation, employee taxes, office need etc.
- Manage office needs to support employees’ productivity and needs during working hours
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Organizational Culture creation and management
- Previous good experience in hire hunting
- Excellent knowledge and familiarity with Egyptian Labour law
