Coordinating between all departments (Engineering - Construction - Contracts - Development) and following upon progress.
Situation assessment for site versus nearing delivery dates.
Giving recommendations to all involved departments on the basis of contract delivery dates and alert the construction in case of the delay.
Providing recommendations and prepare analyses of potentially handing over projects ahead of schedule with the budget needed to complete the missing items to avoid delay and penalties and enhance customer satisfaction.
Part of the quality control committee, recording our comments or recommendations until all projects are ready.
Placing procedures for the after handover and coordinate with the Facilities Department, Engineering Department and Site Security.
Following up technical use in the construction site to assure maximum satisfaction despite of the actual site status.
Liaising with a head of areas sorting out the complete proposal of finishing.
Processing all the contractual process with clients.
Following up with clients on achievements of scope at site by sending reports including photos in cooperation with concerned parties.
Site Visits to get to be fully updated (provided fully coordination with area heads).
Attending the final handing over with clients after finishing all required work requests.
Coordination between client, Site, and office.

Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Office, Autocad and a Project Scheduling Tools (such as MS Project, Primavera or other)
5-10 years of relative experience in Finishing works
Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering
