Job Description
- Perform a variety of duties such as answering telephone calls, responding to visitors’ questions and assisting Academic staff and their students
- Assist visitors to find library resources such as books, reference materials, electronic journals and audiovisual equipment
- Meet every standard regarding safety and confidentiality of library materials and equipment.
- Attend library-related training's to horn knowledge and improve on experience
- Assist in the implementation of library events and programs
- Participate in the activities of relevant professional library organizations.
- Maintain and update Library records
- Assist managing cataloging and classifying Library resources
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in library science or any relevant Field.
- Very good English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of cataloging and classifying Library resources
