Job Description
- Handel customer's queries through the social media platforms.
- Oversee our organic social media channels and moderating all customers’ queries, comments, messages, WhatsApp concerns.
- Maintain an average response time on all social channels.
- Working closely with tele sales team to manage all results of social leads.
- Make Outbound calls serving customers on Sales transactions.
- Responsible for performance reports (daily, weekly and monthly).
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices technologies.
- Meet & exceed our customers’ satisfactions going beyond their expectations.
Job Requirements
- Min 1 year of relevant work experience in Social media moderation is A MUST.
- Min 1 year of Sales experience is A MUST.
- Min 1 year Tourism experience is A MUST.
- GDS (Amadeus Or Galileo) is A MUST.
- Good to V. Good command of the English language.
- Very Good communication & computer skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Flexibility with rotational shifts & days off.
