Job Description

  • Handel customer's queries through the social media platforms. 
  • Oversee our organic social media channels and moderating all customers’ queries, comments, messages, WhatsApp concerns. 
  • Maintain an average response time on all social channels. 
  • Working closely with tele sales team to manage all results of social leads. 
  • Make Outbound calls serving customers on Sales transactions.
  • Responsible for performance reports (daily, weekly and monthly).
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices technologies.
  • Meet & exceed our customers’ satisfactions going beyond their expectations. 

Job Requirements

  • Min 1 year of relevant work experience in Social media moderation is A MUST.
  • Min 1 year of Sales experience is A MUST.
  • Min 1 year Tourism experience is A MUST.
  • GDS (Amadeus Or Galileo) is A MUST.
  • Good to V. Good command of the English language.
  • Very Good communication & computer skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Flexibility with rotational shifts & days off.
  • Males Only.
