Job Scope:
- All administrative tasks including streamlining technical and marketing tasks.
Job Purpose:
- Sustaining effective and strictly followed Management System.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete and Effective deployment of Management System.
- Continuous Improvement of Management System.
Job Authorities:
- Involvement in establishing and amendments of Management System Procedures.
- Involvement in establishing and amendments of Marketing Plan.
- Involvement in establishing and amendments of Execution Plan.
- Involvement in establishing and amendments of Objectives of all positions.
- Involvement in establishing and amendments of Performance Indicators of all positions.
Job indoor Duties:
- Draft procedures or amendments to improve Management System.
- Conduct periodic Competitor Analysis and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Conduct periodic Market Analysis and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Posting online as per Marketing Plan.
- Update and follow up Execution Plan Daily.
- Periodic follow up on KPIs of all positions.
- Posting job ads online for all positions.
- Contacting candidates and conducting evaluation autonomously.
- Sustaining all information and files intact and organized.
Job Outdoor Duties:
- Attend all Chairman meetings and capture its minutes.
