4. Monitors the training programs and activities to ensure the best practice for the audience.
5. Identifies training and development needs within an organization through communicating with other departments for their inputs and insights.
6. Coordinate certifications ceremonies and projects with the concerned departments.
7. Develop and maintain accurate trainings programs and activities records and dashboards.
