Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Manage the sales team by planning, motivating, and monitoring their activities to achieve the company budgeted sales and gross margin.
- Plan and monitor customer activities through product performance, delivery service and quick response time to meet customer request on service to ensure customer satisfaction through and maintain customer loyalty .
- Explore new business opportunities by searching new information with business partners to make sure that the company can expand market share and achieve the sales target.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Encourage and provide moral support to sales personnel by visiting key customers to ensure good customer service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Not less than 10 years experience in Sales field (Building Materials) , minimum 5 years of which in a similar position .
- Excellent in English Language.
- Very good selling skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
