Job Description
The role of System Engineer is to effectively provision, install, configure and optimize IT systems in a Hybrid Environment
Main Duties:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoots Windows 2012,2016 and Linux (SUSE) servers.
- Monitors, optimize and manages systems resources.
- Maintains system documentation and logs
- Analyses and troubleshoots the system logs and tracks the nature and resolution of problems
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge in Managing Microsoft Office 365 products and services.
- Experience in Designing and managing Microsoft Azure IaaS, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Security.
- Experience in Designing and managing Amazon AWS Services (VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, EBS).
- Strong knowledge in Managing VMware ESXI Environments.
- Experience in Managing Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, CA, ADFS
Skills:
- Very good English both spoken and written
- Very good computer skills
- Problem solving & troubleshooting skills
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to transfer technical knowledge through conducting in-house sessions and on job learning opportunities to colleagues as part of the knowledge exchange process
- Team player, result & customer oriented
