Job Description

  • Responsible for generating new sales leads through personal creativity and persistence.
  • Making initial calls to prospects using techniques of trust building to schedule a meeting.
  • Arranging sales meetings with HR Managers, Presidents, and Senior Executives.
  • Proposing solutions based on the individual and unique needs of each client.
  • Creation of technical and financial proposals catered to the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintaining existing client loyalty through regular contact and care.
  • Responsible for fulfilling monthly sales quotas.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience in the Sales & Business Development career
  • Work in a service-based industry specially Training is a plus
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Good selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to deliver sales presentations to clients
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
