Job Description
- Responsible for generating new sales leads through personal creativity and persistence.
- Making initial calls to prospects using techniques of trust building to schedule a meeting.
- Arranging sales meetings with HR Managers, Presidents, and Senior Executives.
- Proposing solutions based on the individual and unique needs of each client.
- Creation of technical and financial proposals catered to the unique needs of each client.
- Maintaining existing client loyalty through regular contact and care.
- Responsible for fulfilling monthly sales quotas.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience in the Sales & Business Development career
- Work in a service-based industry specially Training is a plus
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Good selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to deliver sales presentations to clients
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
