Job Description
- Coordinates between different project sectors (Architecture, structure, MEP, etc.).
- Reviews and coordinates clients’ requests modifications.
- Prepares engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Provides researching, analyzing, adapting, and modifying engineering techniques
- Designs modification tasks.
- prepares and submits contractual technical annexes.
- Participates in preparing home owners’ manual drawing package and finishing guidelines.
- Coordinates closely with client’s operational departments.
- Prepares projects’ inventories.
- Performs any other assigned related duties as required.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering
- 3 – 5 years of working experience.
- Proficient in design programs (AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.)
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- 28 years old is maximum age.
Languages:
- English: Excellent.
