Job Description
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Produce “sample” and “mood products”
- Supervise work progress
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as an Architect.
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
- Senior level in Interior design projects not less than 5+ years
- Expert in using 3Ds Max.
- Expert in AutoCAD,
- Expert in Technical office & Shop drawings
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards, Interior innovation.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar).
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
- Communication and project management skills
- BS degree in Architecture
