Job Description
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests.

- Part time 5 hours daily rotating 4 shifts from
(10 am to 3 p.m.) - (12p.m to 5 p.m.) - (3p.m to 8 p.m.) - (6p.m to 11 p.m.)
- 1 day off weekly plus 2 days monthly
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English language writing and speaking is a must
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends
- Familiar with CRM system
- Reporting to senior management / personnel when required
