Job Description
- As a SYKES Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the client.
- You deal with a variety of incoming contacts to the contact center.
- Document customer interactions effectively
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Work Conditions:
- Rotational shifts and weekends. (24/7)
- Social and Medical insurance.
- Door to door transportation for overnight shifts.
- Transportation from and to Al Maadi Metro Station.
Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Fresh Graduates
- Ability to read and write proficiently while multitasking (actively listening to the customer and answering questions)
- Ability to type fast on a keyboard
